Wolves Finish 2^nd at Colorado Youth State Tournament

The Grandview Youth Wrestling Team finished in second place in the overall team standing at the Colorado Youth All-State Tournament. The Wolves were also crowned the 6 & Under Team Champions and 15 & Under Team Runner Up. The Wolves finished just 5 point behind Rocky Mountain (150) and 8 points ahead of third place Mountain Range (137) in the overall team standings.

The young Wolves entered 32 wrestlers, placed 17 and advanced 8 to the finals. Grandview finished with 4 State Champions and 4 runner ups. Earning their first state titles were Bobby Macias (6/38), Geno Macias (6/58), Joseph Renner (6/66) and Jordan Ross (15/119).  Grandview runners up included Ethan Andrade (8/43), Treyvon Beauford (12/153), Jacob Haney (15/91) and Sean Burroughs (15/91).

Thanks to all the board members, coaches, wives, parents, supporters, and most of all, the wrestlers. With out all of your hard work, none of this is possible.
