The Wolves Youth Wrestling Club had 18 wrestlers enter this
year's Colorado State Youth Wrestling Championships which were
held at the Douglas County Event Center on Saturday and Sunday, January 29th and 30th, and ended the tournament with 9 place finishers. 

Ten and under, 68 pound Jacob Haney wrestled his way through a tough 48 wrestler bracket and won the championship match in overtime. Twelve and under, 83 pound Nick Brascetta won his second state championship ... convincingly. And, after being placed on his back early in the championship match, 15 and under, 189 pound Jacob Bomareto reversed his opponent and pinned him to prove that he was the best in his bracket.
